ABOUT US

Hi! We are Pete and Jess, Husband and Wife team, Dad and Mom, Chef and Gardener, Drummer and Photographer, and owners of Heirloom MKE.

 

We want to offer our community from-scratch eats while supporting local farms and purveyors.  Our goal is to create a space around delicious food that will allow our community to come together and grow with one another.

Heirloom foods are diverse,  brighter flavors, richer nutrition, true history, produced by local small farms.
Heirloom foods' characteristics are an analogy to our core values. Diversity of identities makes our world a beautiful place
Taking care of our earth and valuing it. Preserving and enhancing biodiversity. Composting waste. Using compostable to-gos.
The positive lessons we have learned, intertwined with growth, creating change, revolting against injustices
breaking away from a system of greed, using inner strengths and abilities to take our power back, change roadmap, give back
